I met Miss C when she was already 6 weeks old. Although it’s ideal to have newborn photos done by week 3 it is not always possible. Older babies present certain challenges, like they’d rather interact than sleep, but they also are able to make good eye contact with the camera and get some adorable awake shots as well. That’s what we did with Cienna! She took a teeny cat nap, then was wide awake and telling us all about it for the rest of her shoot. I enjoyed working with her, and think that she totally rocked her shoot awake OR asleep! 🙂
